American Culinary Institute

All American Culinary Institute colleges require that the applicant have a minimum of six months experience in restaurants, caterer, or bakeries, prior coming to the Culinary Institute of America. A recommendation from a chef, cook, and restaurant owner is also part of the application. Tuition and financial aid is available on all Culinary Institute of America college campuses.
